Finger position
The number on your fingers should correspond the numbers shown on the chord symbol.
Inside or bottom
Depending the source you are reading the chords from they may place the finger numbers inside the notes or on the bottom of each string.
"X", "O", and "bar" ?
"X" means mute, so do not play that string."O" is usually a loose string to be played."BAR" you have to cover all the strings with the specified finger.Finally the Frets are the columns on guitar arm. The chord Eb minor starts on the 6th fret.
